sometimes, when i’m feeling super anxious, i become.. hyper aware, for lack of a better word, of my movements and my limbs
i’m sure that happens to many people, but i also sometimes develop a bit of a limp which can last anywhere from a couple of minutes to a half an hour
does anyone know why that happens or if it’s normal?
